Fairly clean hotel in a nice building very close to tram stop and bus and the palace. Exclusive and amazing breakfast with a huge variety of nice food. Exceptionally comfortable bed, reasonably large room with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV.

Decent size room with the shower and large beds, for instance, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Stunning location in the parks close by, private parking onsite.

Clean place with very pleasant staff and amazing view to the park. Reasonably large and silent rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. A stylish decor. Easy check-in, parking at the venue. Not to mention very good wifi!

Spectacular and sincere service from all staff that went beyond expectations. The building itself is historic and restored to perfection. The room was visually complex and exciting, and it's really nice just to be in it. Great attention to detail and high quality of workmanship. The bathroom shouted brand names like Villeroy&Boch, Grohe and l'Occitane, which should make any Luxembourger feel as if he was right at home. Located right next to a large park, public transport, and a grocery store. By car, the location is also perfect - half-way between the highway and the city centre. Overall, by far the best hotel I've stayed in in Poland and by far the best service of any hotel in my 20+ year experience of international travel.
Satellite TV reception was a bit unstable. Hotel card could not be used to open the parking boom. These are minor maintenance tasks that I am sure will be sorted out. Comparing with similar establishments in Asia, a hotel of this calibre could also consider investing in a blu-ray/dvd/cd player unit in each room.

Room was absolutely spotless and well decorated. Shower absolutely brilliant.
Not very attentive staff. We had to get our own bags into the room despite the fact that a member of a staff came with us to show us the room. I would expect better customer service in a 5 star hotel.

I didn't like I had to change my plans and left one day early and I couldn't get any refund or any discount on a future booking

Good brand toilet products from L'Occitane. Very large and confortable bed. Free guarded parking.
Rooms very small for 5 star hotel. No place to put luggage. No bath tub. TV was located in a way you could not watch it from the bed. Air conditioning did not work despite setting temperature to minimum in auto so we were sweating during the night. No tea set and not even available on demand. Parking access to be improved we had to go out of the car and walk to the reception to open the parking gate. Breakfast very expensive 80zl for 5star hotel in Poland is a rip off.

Strongly recommend for a weekend outing
Clean room, comfortable bed, with a delicious breakfast with both Polish and European options that fueled my adventures exploring the city just a quick 15-minute tram ride away.
It was perfect.
